ERA Chair holder Kaspar Valgepea gave a lecture at the post-graduate course “Industrial Biotechnology for Lignocellulose Based Processes”

ERA Chair and group leader Kaspar Valgepea gave the lecture “Capturing waste carbon using acetogen gas fermentation” as an invited speaker within the Hot Topics session at the Industrial Biotechnology for Lignocellulose Based Processes post-graduate course held in Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden on the 29th of October 2019. The course covered many aspects of industrial biotechnology involved in lignocellulose based bioprocesses and the ERA Chair Kaspar Valgepea introduced the concept and opportunities of gas fermentation in this space. The course attracts many post-graduate students from around the world.
